TEA SERENADE
Sneaking
in a preview
at Peats Ridge Festival 2010, Green Tea Serenade is a new live music
project featuring originals and traditionals with a folk bent.
With
a penchant for tea brewed fresh from the garden and tunes in 7,
the all singing and dancing lineup includes mandolins violins, double
bass, ukele, guitars, cello and loops. How can 8 hands do all this??...well
u may ask!!
with lashings of sunny toe tapping warm heartedness, Green Tea Serenade
deliver the gumption with their gypsy tangoes, soulful ballads,
hypnotic grooves and dance classics with inimitable style and grace

CONCERTO FOR HUMANS AND SEMTEX
I wrote the music for this innovative 4 part radioplay set in Iraq
and Australia by NSW playwright Simon Luckhurst. Part of the International
Worldplay Festival, it has been broadcast In Britain, Ireland, Canada
and NZ as well as on ABC Radio National in Australia. It has been
nominated for several awards. There is a repeat broadcast of part
4 on ABC Radio National on Thurs 26 May at 3pm, All 4 parts are
available on
the ABC RN Airplay website

recently wrote a score for "The Fox", a radio play by
Catherine Zimdahl based on an inuit fertility myth. Produced for
ABC Radio National's Airplay, it was broadcast on ABC RN in April

AN EAR ON MY HEART
Is a radio program I produced for ABC Radio National's
Poetica, featuring my music with the poetry of Kathryn Lomer (winner
of the 2008 NSW Premiers Literary Award for poetry) and Esther Ottaway
(Australian Young poet of the Year 2006), Tasmanian poets who have
written about their experiences of pregnancy and motherhood.
Originally broadcast in October 2008, and repeated
in 2009, the program is availabe as a podcast at ABC
online

DINNER PARTY
In 2008 I finished the soundtrack
for the Australian Feature Film, The
Dinner Party, screening February 2011 at Canberra's Dendy Cinema,
the film has also screened at London's Raindance festival, the Melbourne
Underground Film Festival, Dungog Film Festival and the Australian
Film Festival. The film is now available on DVD.
